1. The promotion and booking period runs from 15 December 2017 to 31 January 2018, both dates inclusive (“Booking Period”). Valid travel period starts from 15 December 2017 to 30 June 2018, both dates inclusive (“Travel period”).
2. Offer is only applicable for payment with American Express Cards (“Eligible Cards”).
3. Cardmembers who book Package Offer “Flight + Hotel” in Etihad Holidays website (www.etihadholidays.com) with Eligible Cards during Booking Period (“Eligible Transactions”) with transaction amount HK$3,000 or above, including minimum 2 nights hotel stay (per single transaction) using Hong Kong, Dollars (HKD) for payment (“Spending Requirement”) and enter a promotion code “AE3000” into the promotion code field in the check-out section of the Site, and settling payment with Eligible Card(s) shall be entitled to get 5% instant discount. Offer is only applicable to all routes departing from and returning to Hong Kong, for both business & economy class. Applicable taxes, Airport Construction Fee and surcharges are excluded from Spending Requirement. The following types of transactions are not Eligible Transactions: any bill payments, any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, or any other categories of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.
4. Package prices are inclusive of all taxes and surcharges subject to currency fluctuation.
5. American Express and Etihad Holidays will not accept any liability should a Cardmembers fail to input the promotion code when conducting Eligible Transactions and result in forfeiture of the Cardmembers’ eligibility to the discount.
6. Only 1 promotion code can be used for each transaction. No refund or exchange of any unused services.
7. Offer is not applicable if Cardmembers add flight or hotel booking but not “Flight + Hotel” package when their bookings are via hotel or flight page of the Etihad Holidays website.
8. Offer is subject to flight and hotel room availability.
9. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers. The Offer and/or prizes cannot be transferred or used to settle the minimum payment, exchanged for cash, spending credit or other discounts/products/services.
10. The prices of all products and services are designated by Etihad Holidays and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
11. All bookings made and paid are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable.
12. Etihad Holidays is solely responsible to eligible Cardmembers for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) is not the provider of any of the products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
12. American Express and Etihad Holidays reserve the right to change, modify and cancel any offer without prior notice.
14. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Etihad Holidays shall be final.
15. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
